We are seeking a driven, enthusiatic individual to join our team in Leeds ad a Sales Team Member. This position is entry level, so you don't need to have any prior experience, which is a massive plus!

Here are some of the things you’ll get up to day-to-day:

• With a good understanding of our customers’ needs you’ll help them decide what the best solution is for them
• You’ll maximise sales at every opportunity through promoting our products and services
• You’ll offer the highest quality of customer service in person, via email or phone (you’d be surprised how a cuppa can make a huge difference to someone’s day!)
• Completing daily health and safety walkarounds you’ll help to maintain the general cleanliness of the site
• You’ll carry out general administrative tasks on our database

About you:

• You must be a sales driven self-starter, who motivates themselves and is well organised.
• You must be able to engage with customers and build strong rapport and trust in your recommendations.
• You must be a good listener and empathetic with a quick and open mind.
• You must be motivated by setting goals, achieving, and exceeding them.
• You must be resilient and competitive.
• You must be comfortable, clear, and concise on the phone.
• You must have the ability to thrive under pressure and confidence to deal with issue

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
