Job description
An opportunity has arisen to join Baileys Plymouth part of the Headlam Group of companies, Europe's largest floorcovering distributor.
Providing sales and customer service support to existing and new customers with no direct selling involved, the role includes the processing of sales orders via the telephone whilst supporting our external sales team. You will liaise with all departments within the business and our suppliers therefore you will need to communicate effectively.
Order or data input experience is preferred however a friendly personality and the ability to demonstrate the highest regard for customer care is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000.00 per year
