Sales Controller
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work at Arthurs Peugeot Wrexham
You will be part of a busy, talented and driven team of 4 sales Consultants, Motability Specialist and a Sales Manager. This is a new position and is critical to the continued success of the dealership, it would ideally suit a highly motivated, driven, enthusiastic and confident Car Sales professional looking to move forward to the next step of their career.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic award-winning main dealer where you will have the chance to really make a difference to a team and its performance.
Salary: Basic plus monthly performance-related bonus OTE £40,000 - £45,000 PA

Required Experience:
- Previous experience in the Motor Industry is essential as Sales Controller/Business Manager
- Car Sales experience is essential
- Demonstrate successful sales experience
Key Job Requirements as Sales Controller:
- Manage and implement the Arthurs vehicle sales process
- Maximise sales, profitability of new and used vehicles and associated products
- Demonstrate the ability to manage a rigid and habitual diary management process
- Complete daily diary reviews with all Sales Consultants
- Lead by example on effective diary management
- Develop necessary sales organisation and resource to achieve performance target
