The Role

Working at the heart of your branch team and with colleagues across your region and branch network, you’ll be passionate about matching people with the most appropriate property. The role's main purpose is to conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and negotiate sales/lettings and their progress through exchange and completion.

  • Arranging property viewings
  • Negotiating sales
  • Listening to potential buyers and tenants requirements and finding the best suited property
  • Carrying out administration duties from start to move in
  • Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
  • Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained

It’s a passion you’ll share with your colleagues, who’ll support and assist you to deliver the best customer service possible.

The Candidate

Whether you have a background in real estate already, or have a solid track record of sales or lettings through service in another sector, we’d love an opportunity to talk to individuals who are honest, act with integrity and possess exceptional communication skills.

  • Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
  • Experience across either sales,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK driving license with access to a car is essential
  • Recent experience working within the property sector would be advantageous
