APPRENTICE – Sales Centre Driver, Manchester
We’re looking for a Sales Centre Driver Apprentice, someone who is self-driven and looking to take their first steps to a career in driving within the industrial gases industry. This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills within a highly performing redistribution centre team and potentially progress to Large Goods Licence (Class 2) and ADR Licence and to learning other great skills.

What will the apprentice be doing?
You'll be delivering customer orders and collect from customers and our network of agents. You'll also be gathering commercial information and following up where applicable. As the redistribution centre driver, you'll operate a Large Goods Vehicle for the delivery of cylinders to customers as well as a forklift in the sorting and picking of orders for our customers.
You'll learn much on the job - about Air Products' philosophy and structure, safety and hazard awareness, product knowledge, manual/cylinder handling, policies and procedures.
