Our company is extremely successful and rapidly growing we are delighted to share a new permanent opportunity for a full-time Sales/ Buying Administrator to join our busy Operations/ Procurement Team.
As a well-established Packaging Distributor priding ourselves on providing outstanding levels of customer service and delivering to customers only the very best in quality and on time deliveries. We are an established, friendly and successful family-owned business based in Theale, Reading. BCorp certified and specialising in innovation and sustainability. Specialising in wholesale transit, industrial and bespoke packaging to a wide range of industry sectors throughout the UK, including some well-known brands!
Sales/Buying Administrator
The business is now looking for a Sales/Buying Administrator that is looking to forward their career. Ideally with a Sales and Buying admin background your experience in procurement processes and establishing, improving and growing supplier relationships are just a few of the attributes we are looking for in this role.
Your ability to drive continuous improvement and be part of shaping the future of the department will be pivotal to this position.
Key Requirements
Qualifications
A-levels
· Office 365 (ideally Excel intermediate)
Experience
· A good understanding of supply chain planning and admin
· 2 years + Sales/Purchasing experience within a UK Distribution environment (Advantageous)
· Experience at supply chain planning (helpful but not essential)
· Commercially minded individual with a desire to achieve.
· Strong negotiation skills
· Must have attention to detail and be organised.
· Able to communicate at all levels as and when required.
· IT skills for developing reports/ data analysis
