Job Description: Sales Executive in Hospitality
Position Overview: As a Sales Executive in the Hospitality industry, your main responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by actively promoting and selling our services to potential clients. You will play a vital role in attracting new business, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of Academy Hospitality. The role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding of New Partners:
- Be the face of Academy Hospitality for all new Partners (Hotels/Restaurants/Bars/events).
- Provide exceptional onboarding experiences to ensure they are set up for success on our platform.
Source New Business Opportunities:
- Proactively identify new openings and potential partnership opportunities in your area.
- Source leads and work towards signing up new partners for collaboration.
Local Events and Activation Support:
- Get involved in local events and support restaurant-specific sponsorships to promote our partners and engage with consumers.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations showcasing the value of our hospitality services.
- Prepare customized proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Understand clients' objectives and challenges to offer relevant solutions aligned with their business goals.
Negotiation and Contract Closure:
- Skilfully negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable contracts.
- Work with the sales team and management to finalize deals and ensure smooth contract execution.
Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the hospitality industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality services and offerings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
