Position Summary:
3rd Degree Solar LLC is looking for a sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The sales representative will be responsible for achieving sales goals by effectively managing customer leads and engagements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with customers by providing the best service and support
- Identify, assess, and overcome customer objections to proposed solutions, and provide solutions to resolve them
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals
- Maintain strong knowledge of product features and benefits, as well as compare different products/services
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and expectations, and provide solutions to best fit
- Reach out to customer accounts in a timely manner to identify potential problems, and follow up to generate leads to target accounts
- Manage customer accounts through daily/weekly/monthly reporting of key metrics
- Develop, present and sell home solar to individual households
- Achieve sales targets within deadlines
- Keep records of customer interactions and provide it to the appropriate departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30,914.00 - $60,874.00 per year
