00 Associates is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible Monitoring our client's targets, setting up new b2c campaigns and manage a campaign's success. Your duties will include sales lead generation, conducting interviews, and building strong relationships with potential candidates.

We are seeking a Client Representative to assist customers with their enquiries. Applicants should have one year of previous experience in the field. The successful candidate for this position is a fast learner who is capable of solving customer service issues independently as well as working cooperatively as a member of an established team.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering 5* Customer Service
- Monitoring our client's targets
- Setting up new b2c campaigns
- Manage a campaign's success
- Handling customer queries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
