This role entails:
● Drive the success of the company aligned to the strategy of at least 80% growth per annum.
● Monitors & reports on individuals & department KPI’s - team management including motivating, mentoring, coaching, and developing.
● Improve efficiencies and ensure continuous improvements in the business.
● Analyse and react to what the business data reveals (If you cannot measure it, you cannot manage it)
● Implement systems and processes to ensure the smooth running of the business (well-oiled machine)
● Manage the marketing function (internal & external providers)
● Recruitment of key team members who are aligned to the company’s culture, vision.
and with the required skills
● Oversees all aspects of the business.
● Maintains a high level of quality assurance in all areas.
● Main HR contact & manager
● Some financial functions (bills, payments) & purchasing of consumables & stock.
● Reporting to the CEO
Your experience & qualifications
● Management experience
● Business development and Sales experience
● Understanding P&L and experience in understanding the key financial metrics
● Collect and Analyse business data.
● Operations experience
● Broad-based marketing in print, digital, e-commerce

Your package, incentives & rewards
● Salary £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
● Incentive: on business growth & on achieving global KPI's
