Sales & Operations Coordinator
Braintree - Office Based
Salary - Up-to 28k DOE
In this role you will be responsible for answering inbound sales enquiries and processing all customer orders, if you enjoy a process driven role then this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for! You will join a busy, open plan office, where you will be welcomed in to a small but friendly team.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
You must be comfortable with working in a busy but varied role, where you will need to work efficiently and proactively to be able to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Ideally you will have experience of telephone communication and managing customer expectations, you must be customer focused and thrive on delivery excellent results! You must also have good written and spoken English to be successful.
Monday to Thursday. 8:30am - 5:00pm. ½ Hour lunch
Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm. ½ Hour lunch
20 days holiday per calendar year plus Bank Holidays
2-3 compulsory days between Xmas and New Year

- Manage procurement to meet current order needs and general inventory levels
- Prepare documentation needed for shipping orders
- Issue customer invoices for payment
