About the role of a Sales Operations Assistant:
As a Sales Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day admin support for the sales team. You will become a super user of salesforce and be responsible for running reports and keeping the team up to date with progress. Plus training people on how to use the CRM system. You will hold responsibility for the floor plans, plus assisting the Head of Sales with any admin tasks as required.

You should be able to demonstrate competency in the below key areas, it is not essential to meet all requirements, but priority will be offered to applications that satisfy most:-
· Experience in sales administration, preferably for an events business.
· Be an excellent communicator.
· Keen to work in a team.
· Skilled in Excel and able to produce reports.
· Highly organised and able to multitask.
· Happy to travel to events.
· Confident in IT skills, any experience of working with a CRM system
· Be confident and happy to deal with clients at the exhibitions and resolve issues face to face.
