Cedar Court Hotels are a group of privately-owned hotels with a strong emphasis on Yorkshire values and dedication to customer service.
We are recruiting for a Sales Office Manager to be based at our Bradford property, based on at the top of the M606 in each reach of the major motorway networks.
Reporting to the Revenue and Commercial Manager, you will be accountable for the leadership and direction of the Commercial Hub as a whole, managing all reservation and meeting, incentive, conference and events enquiries for the Group. You won’t be on your own through, you’ll have the support of the Assistant Sales Office Managers who will report into you.
You’ll ensure the overall success of the Commercial Hub, with specific focus on performance objectives including revenue and enquiry conversion, customer experience and operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Although the role is based in Bradford, you will be required to travel across the sites as and when required.
You will have previous experience in a similar environment, with a positive "can do" attitude and a strong work ethic, as you will be working closely with all operational departments within the hotels to ensure a seamless experience for all our guests.
The role requires a professional, outgoing and positive personality with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for guest satisfaction and superb organisational and administrative skills.
