Sales Negotiator - First Year OTE £50K+We're looking for Sales Negotiators with character, charm and a competitive edge to join one of our offices in South London. With an in-depth training programme and experienced mentors, there is plenty of scope to progress your career and climb the ranks as Marsh & Parsons continues its expansion.The role is one of limitless variety; you will be handling a wide range of customers as well as managing your day, working with your office team and ultimately being instrumental in helping Marsh & Parsons continue 160 years of matching people with wonderful propertiesKey ResponsibilitiesEffectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicant’s motivation for their search in order to design the best possible tour for them.Plan and execute viewing tours ensuring they are designed to be as structured and fruitful as possible.Assessing buyers’ financial position and referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.Remaining proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.Instigate the referencing process for all applicants, ensuring this is completed within a reasonable time frame.Key Skills and ExperienceKnowledge and experience of the Sales market and conveyancing process.A strong work ethic.Proven customer service skills.Excellent time management.Effective communicator with strong ability to build rapport and relationships.Enthusiasm and drive.Self-motivated with willingness to learn.Flexible with the ability to adapt to change.Benefits of working for M&P include:Uncapped commission structure with multiple tiersVariety of individual performance-based incentives throughout the yearExtensive learning and development programmeCycle to work schemeGym & retail discountsGreat company culture and regular social eventsMarsh & Parsons is an equal opportunities employer.
