Job description

Hazlite is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Intern/Graduate to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Intern/Graduate, you will be responsible for managing and updating content across all our social media platforms, including our website and LinkedIn. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to create a new branding theme for all our datasheets and website creation via Wordpress, execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads, and follow up with clients who have interacted with your posts/campaigns

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update content on all social media platforms, including our website and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and implement a new branding theme for our datasheets to ensure consistency and professionalism.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Identify potential clients who have interacted with our social media posts and initiate follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative strategies and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (for graduates).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and software for creating branding themes.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and experience in campaign creation and execution. E.g. Salesforce, Brevo, WordPress etc.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
