Xpert Resourcing is working with a client based in Cambridge who is searching for a Sales Administrator on a 12 month FTC basis. The role is hybrid - 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar busy role and have the ability to multi task and work across teams
Duties will include:
- Checking documentation for payment
- Preparing invoices
- Spreadsheet management
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Maintaining existing company database
Skills/Experience:
- At least 2 years administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT Skills
- Highly organised
- Customer service experience
Hours:
09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday
2/3 days in office
