Job description

TopView London is looking for a talented and experienced Head of Sales to lead it's UK sales channels as part of a brand new launch by the market-leading Hop-on, Hop-off tour operator in New York City.

As Head of Sales, you will be directly leading the London Sales Manager, a team of supervisors and over 50 field Sales Reps, along with overseeing the local B2B channels.

You will be responsible for executing and helping to develop sales strategy and volume by facilitating performance, motivating the teams and constantly improving overall results. You will be based from our West End office and operate between the field and the office, providing constant presence and support.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role include:

· Preparing and delivering morning sales briefings

· Overseeing allocation of Sales Reps to promotional locations

· Overseeing and planning recruitment campaigns and training & development of Sales Reps / executives

· Designing performance management strategy

· Providing regular sales reports to the local management and Head Office

- Ensuring commission and bonus calculations are delivered accurately to payroll on a weekly basis

Skills/Qualifications

Key skills and qualifications required to fulfil the basic requirements of this job.

- At least 5-years of senior sales management experience

- A successful track record managing large teams

- A proficient knowledge of employment law and common disciplinary procedure

Have a good understanding of using Google applications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
