Today Team punches well above its weight in the same-day and time-sensitive courier delivery sector with an extensive and growing current customer list. The role is to lead our Sales/ New Business Development activity and to help us grow in line with our strategic business plan.

You will lead the activity and build a team/function as you need and, at the same time, you will determine your own success.
The Person
· You will almost certainly have B2B New Business Sales or Business Development experience.
· You may have built and managed teams in the past.
· You may have worked in Logistics before, but possibly not – it’s not important, we can train the logistics bit, provided you are willing to learn.
· You will be hungry and ambitious, is future Sales Director one of your goals?
· You may possibly have that ‘hunter/stalker’ mindset that enables you to develop an opportunity and close it.
· You will be comfortable working to a set of non-negotiable values where the customer’s needs are absolute.
· You will appreciate the opportunity to define and develop your own role and team with completely uncapped OTE.
· You will appreciate working in a strong team environment where you are supported, developed and valued.
What Would You Get for This?
· Salary – We are thinking a basic of around £40k plus benefits and uncapped OTE but if you are the right person, we are happy to talk about the package.
