The primary objective of this role is to develop revenue by way of increasing sales across the portfolio of products that we offer. The role is to maximise sales opportunities by developing relationships with new and existing clients ensuring maximum spend is achieved. As a priority managing customers expectations to a very high level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to identify customers needs, quote, meet and complete show arounds, follow up and chase and manage.
  • Achieve revenue targets for the Grand Station / The Willows, as agreed with your Line Manager.
  • Follow the management strategy, detailing standards of performance and KPI’s (leads generated, appointments, conversions and sales)
  • Monitor and develop your skills, competencies and performance through training and participation where appropriate. Ensure all training is completed.
  • Launch your Line Manager any new business ideas, opportunities, provide clear reasoning and objectives.
  • Work within the sales team and maintain a high level of positivity and a motivating atmosphere that inspires and drives performance.
  • All CRM work (Bitrix) should become the primary source of all customer information and we should work towards our data being 90% accurate
  • To act as a positive ambassador for the Grand Station / The Willows and as a positive role model within your team.
  • To undertake any reasonable task/request as required by your Line Manager. Provide documentation on all new ideas.
  • Ensure email history is kept and all critical information, to assist the audit process is recorded.
  • To participate in regular reviews, feedback and performance review feedback.
  • The candidate must have a good understanding of Asian Events

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
