Sales & Marketing Manager, East Midlands, Basic c£45k OTE c£80k
Working across multiple sectors from Commercial Offices to Retail and Leisure this established and successful Interior Fit Contractor has the capability of working on projects of all sizes from on-off projects to a multi-site roll out campaigns and high-volume bespoke joinery.
This position can be office or remote/hybrid based, you need to attend the office in the East Midlands to get to know team and build relations with the Estimating team especially and may also need to attend meetings on occasion going forward.
They are now looking to further enhance their existing commercial team by appointing an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager, to generate additional new business opportunities with end users.
They require someone who can build and sustain a pipeline as well as close business, initially to hit maximum OTE you will need to deliver £2m new business sales in the first 12-15 months.
You will need to be a self-starter and able to generate your own leads and conduct professional new business meetings.
Requirements:
*Commercial Sales background gained from within the Joinery, Fitout or allied marketplace.
*Ideally you will have marketing skills including social media etc to further promote the company and generate new business.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £45,000.00 per year
