As the Head of Sales, you’ll report to the Managing Director and Sales Director, you will have the unique chance to shape the future of our American operation and build a highly profitable venture. With full autonomy and the steadfast support of the directors, you will drive income-generation strategies, develop a top-performing sales team, and formulate a winning strategy.

Now, let's dive into what you'll be doing as our Head of Sales:

Responsibilities:

  • You'll develop and implement effective KPIs and processes that optimize the sales cycle, ensuring our sales process aligns perfectly with the unique buying process of our Texan customers.
  • Motivating and inspiring your sales team will be one of your main priorities. We're all about fostering an enthusiastic culture that consistently exceeds sales targets, performance metrics, and productivity standards. We want people to love working with us. You’ll be able to create that.
  • Regular coaching sessions. You'll conduct monthly 1-2-1 sessions to provide guidance, manage performance, and support the career development of your people.
  • Business planning. You'll lead comprehensive initiatives, manage the sales pipeline, and oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to successful deal closures.
  • Collaboration is key. You'll work closely with our marketing and support teams to ensure seamless alignment and enable effective sales strategies.
  • Power of partnerships. You'll foster and enhance relationships with suppliers, leveraging those partnerships to drive success and deliver outstanding service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • We're looking for someone with a demonstrated track record of success. You've consistently met and exceeded sales targets, showcasing your incredible accomplishments.
  • Knowledge of the Energy Market is essential. We need someone who knows their stuff!
  • Experience in a high-volume sales environment (preferably in a call centre)
  • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities is your forte.
  • A strong network and the ability to leverage existing customer relationships and contacts for business development.
  • Possessing a big-picture mindset, always exploring new ideas and processes for organizational growth.
