Head of Sales and Marketing - Cardiff
TSR Legal have a superb opportunity to join a fast-growing property firm as head of sales and marketing and take a senior role, reporting to the board. You will be expected to understand in detail what the firm’s services and what they offer, and how they currently sell to the market.
To be successful within this role, you must be able to,
Identify and target new customers
Attend sales meetings, in person or remotely,
Arrange new sales meetings
Increase the business’ Data base
Identify new revenue opportunities
The firm are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced salesperson who I hard working, ambitious, target driven, and capable of seeing and creating opportunities. Who must have experience of working within the industry and preferably have outstanding connections and relationships within their target market.
Alongside your responsibilities, you’ll need to represent the company in a professional manner, ensure information and documentation is accurately maintained and carry out all duties in accordance with company policies and standards. As a senior within the business you will be expected to be flexible with working hours and be able to travel to a from meetings with occasional over night stays (at the expense of the company)
