Job description
We are looking to recruit an experienced, smart and motivated individual to work as a Vehicle Administrator within our accounts & administration team based at our York branch. Reporting to the Branch and Regional Accountant this role is a key administration position dealing with all aspects of sales administration.
Duties include:
- Supporting the sales department in daily controls
- Working alongside Accounts, Service and Parts
- Support the smooth running of the Sales Office
- Stock checks
- Processing purchase and sales of new, used, commercial and fleet vehicles
- Taxing and Invoicing vehicles
- Monitor funding system for new and used vehicles
About the Candidate:
- Previous sales administration experience within the automotive industry would be helpful but Administrative experience in another environment will be considered as full training can be given.
- Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office / Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience of using Kerridge/CDK or a similar system would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
Details:
- Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch
- 20 days holiday plus statutory
