- Global partnership sales of all global "superstar" athletes + global GATM teams
- Key Account management
- Development of special athlete sales know how for athlete relevant endemic industries (Luxury, Accessories, Multiple-Brand Comp., FMCG, Collectibles incl. NFTs a.s.o.)
- Development of new creative sales approaches in close collaboration with creative strategy team
- Service & support function for all GATM markets
- 4-6 years of professional work experience in international sales, sports marketing or strategic account management
- Strong experience with respect to the sponsorship sales process
- Strong own track record in partnership sales
- University degree in marketing, international management, business or similar background
- Strong sales management skills and ability to coordinate and work with an international sales team
- Conscious of market developments and quick hands-on adapting
- Strong and persuasive communicator. Fun working with international brands
- High own motivation to constantly identify new potential partners and strong deal closing abilities
- Highly organized, detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast‐paced and deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities, able to build personal relationships on senior level
- Salesforce experiences & business fluent in english, other languages are a plus (e. g. German, French, Spanish, Portuguese)
- Excellent MS Office skills
