Sales Supervisor

Working from our new location in Hull (Due to open in Q4 2023), the successful candidate will be responsible for the supervison of Hull’s sales office, while continuing to be involved in processing customers orders and quotations. Other duties include:
- Monitoring of the Sales inbox. Delegating customer quotations to the internal sales team and ensuring team members select and process orders from the inbox.
- Assisting the Management Team with developing new staff members by sharing system and product knowledge.
- Investigating customer service issues, i.e., keying, picking, and delivery errors and advising relevant section supervisors of findings. Keeping a log of service errors on the branch spreadsheet.
- Running branch sales back-order reports.
- Generating and maintaining customer net price list requests from the Area Sales Managers.
- Monitoring order and quotation gross profit levels.
- Liaising with Credit Control regarding the releasing of held orders.
- Assisting Credit Control and Purchase Ledger departments with any queries.
- Managing internal sales staff holiday requests.
- Any duties covered by the Internal sales role.
- Any other general duties as required by the company.
Remuneration: Basic Salary (dependant on experience) and monthly bonus.

Salary: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
