We are now on the lookout for a Business Sales Manager to work on our Structured Cabling Division. The role is to acquire new customers and work with the operations team to ensure we retain those customers.
Overview:
Structured Cabling Systems is our primary service and whilst we offer multiple services to our customers, the cabling aspect will always be our best service. We are now looking for an experienced sales manager to come into our cabling division and acquire new business and help with the general development of the resource platform within that division.
We offer both day rate services and price direct to end client services. The job will involve getting in with new customers from two platforms. The first being direct customers in which we'll supply cabling systems, CCTV & Wi-Fi and the second being sub contracting to major companies.
Our cabling division is a partnership division in that we aim to work with national and multi site organisations.

- Engineer Sub Contracting
- Wi-Fi & CCTV Installations
- Structured Cabling Systems Direct or Contracted
- Fibre Optic Installations
General Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a pro-active approach to locate new clients and promote the benefits of our services
- Target leads and cold calling via phone and email to obtain those leads.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets and react to trends effectively.
- Identify customer needs to maximize sales opportunities & offer quotations
- Monitor and support customers with account and sales queries that arise.
- Set and achieve individual objectives and review performance.
- Obtain new relationships with multi site organizations
- Sell CCTV & Wi-Fi systems to direct customers.
- Work with the finance, operations and sales teams to resolve any customer complaints
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for someone who is friendly, well spoken, keen to learn, good telephone and customer facing manner. Experience within the network cabling industry is a must. Ideally you will have a background in sales and/or operations within the industry but we'd also be open to an engineer who's looking to come off the tools.
