Main Duties:
- Building pipeline by identifying opportunities (B2B)
- Building a detailed understanding of the customer and key growth areas
- Engaging with customers and building rapport
- Developing sales plans and strategies
- Start and grow your own sales team.
- Account management
- CRM database updating to support your sales opportunities.

What we need in return from you
- Proven experience in a client facing customer service or sales role, at least 24 months.
- Ideally, estate agency experience – But not essential – Don’t let that put you off!
- Experience running and growing a successful sales team, in any industry.
- Reporting and understanding sales KPIs.
- Ambitious and passionate about career progression
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Eagerness to learn new skills and be coached by senior members of the team.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn multiple technologies.
- Can do attitude where you come with solutions NOT problems.
- Desire to be the best that you can be.
Full Training to be provided.
Things to consider.
£35,000 Base salary, increasing to £40,000.
Uncapped commission
22 Days holiday, plus birthdays off, and increasing with length of service.
