Based in Sherburn-in-Elmet, this role is a full-time permanent position.
Job Purpose
An office based Sales Administrator is to establish and promote sales strategies, sales solutions and manage customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager and team with administration tasks
- Assist the Sales Manager and team liaison with the existing accounts and potential accounts to make sure enquires are handled in a satisfactory way and turn into orders
- Assist the Sales Manager and team manage sales orders, liaise externally and internally to maintain customer satisfaction
- Assist the Sales Manager manage purchase orders, liaise externally and internally to make sure the purchase are carried in order and monitor the stock level
- Liaise with the Sales Manager of management of VIP customer accounts and process the after sales service
- Manage departmental reporting, accurately collect and interpret relevant data in order to support organisation decision-making and delivery of task

Person Specification
Essential
- Educational Level: College or above
- Open minded, with excellent communication skills in literacy
- Good administration work skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office
Desirable
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- International trade background in sales/logistics/documentation
- An understanding of social media tools, LinkedIn, Twitter, Blogs and monitoring tools
