Position
Reaction Engines are commercialising revolutionary thermal management technologies, developed through our SABRE programme, to now offer to exciting markets including electric transport, zero-emission aerospace, motorsport, and more efficient power generation.
So we are looking to appoint an experienced Sales person, in a new key role to develop new customer contracts and commercial opportunities for our products into the wide-reaching aerospace sector, including zero emissions, Civil and Defence.
This sector will rely on developing zero emission powertrains which will require advanced thermal management, giving you an opportunity to make a truly significant positive impact on the environment.
You will be part of our Business Development team, working to increase the company’s revenue targets through direct sales, licence agreements, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
Requirements
To be successful you’ll need:
- A proven track record selling new or differentiating technology or products.
- Experience working in the aerospace industry.
- Both technical and commercial understanding to intelligently target opportunities.
- Sales, marketing, or business degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience of taking new, disruptive products to market.
- A background in Technology start-up / spin out growth business, would be an advantage
- Driven and persevering, with a strong customer focus
- A passion for technology or sustainability

Salary: £60,000 to £80,000, Plus commission, depending on experience
Working hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. Flexible working arrangements will be considered
