Job Name - FuelBox Sales Manager
Reports to - Sales Director
Department - FuelBox Team
Location - Harlow – Riverview House
Job Purpose
To manage and develop a team of account managers and sales support staff.
To coordinate and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base.
Achieving consistent growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales team and assessing the teams’ strengths and weakness with supporting growth individually.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for FuelBox range growth across existing clients and new clients
- Managing, supporting, and guiding the team to achieve growth and hitting sales targets
- Finding new industries for FuelBox range growth
- Account management for your own customers
- To plan on-road visits with existing and potential clients
- To ensure follow up procedure is followed on-road visits are complete
- To build and promote healthy, long-lasting customer relations
- To implement new processes within the team to increase efficiency
- Managing all reporting for the teams figures and volumes of products
- Managing and reporting on individuals and team progress
- Managing team and individual KPI’s
- Managing 1-2-1 meetings every 2 months
- Manage customer complaint escalation
- Attending & organizing customer visits
- Attending exhibitions
- Hitting daily KPIs & monthly targets

Person Specification
- Several years of experience in sales.
- Experience in managing a team of sales reps
- Ability to communicate, inspire and motivate
- Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close
- Excellent mentoring, caching and good people management skills
- Excellent time management skills to maximize ability to reach goals
- Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
- Written and oral communication skills
- Calm, confident manner to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations.
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
