Eco Sales Manager – National Eco
Salary £35,000 plus bonus OTE £70,000 Full Time, Permanent

We are looking for Eco Sales Manager to be accountable for the customer journey of all of our energy efficiency installations for schemes such as ECO 4, working across our network. You will work closely with a team of lead generators ( including on-boarding of new high quality lead partners) , sales colleagues and installers both employed and contractors, overseeing projects to ensure that every installation it completed successfully providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role
- To lead the customer journey across National Eco
- Lead sales colleagues to create both new sales leads and sales
- Lead Installers to ensure all installations are completed successfully
- To be a driven, pro-active, customer centric problem solver
- Bring on board new lead suppliers/partners
- Build a team to deliver on the agreed company strategy
- Able to produce reports to present to senior management

About You
We are looking for someone who has experience of customers, sales and installers within schemes such as ECO 4. The role is perfect for someone with strong business development skills, excellent customer services including customer centric strategies. Someone with fantastic communication skills who can build relationships quickly across the spectrum of internal and external stakeholders. Someone who is very comfortable speaking to customers. Someone who can manage, lead and inspire team members both in person and from afar and eager to be part of a growing team. You will be able to tackle problems and challenges and find positive solutions. This will require a keen eye for detail as well as a creative thinker. Add in little excitement and passion for our mission and you have the candidate that we are looking for. Eco 4 experience will be preferable.
