JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently interviewing for a Sales Manager position that provides the qualified candidate with an excellent opportunity to directly contribute to the success of the company in strategic growth markets.

The senior sales manager will combine technical knowledge with sales skills to provide support to customers with priority on existing tier 1 engagements. This role requires effective orchestration between multiple departments to ensure total end-to-end support for account development.

  • Must possess excellent business and interpersonal skills, as well as technical/product competency to regularly engage with both business and engineering contacts within the assigned customers.
  • Aptitude to understand and learn technical concepts quickly and thoroughly

Major Job Duties:

  • Account Management
  • Business Development of Strategic Accounts
  • Manage/Support Distribution Infrastructure
  • Manage/Support Outside Sales Representative Network
  • Assist with introduction of new products, plan qualification & migration of product revision, and identify design-in opportunities
  • Establish & strengthen relationships to better understand the needs of customers
  • Generate and analyze sales reports and materials
  • Presentation Materials for internal and external meetings
  • Supply and Demand Forecasting and Analysis

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree in engineering/business/marketing or equivalent required
  • 5+years of experience in similar markets and/or with similar products;
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as within multiple teams or virtual teams
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional travel
