Group Operations & Sales Manager - Health & Fitness - London
Circa £50,000, £60,000+ OTE
We are looking for a Group Operations & Sales Manager to drive the commercial and operational performance for arguably the most highly regarded private swimming tuition provider with more than 20 venues within London and the M25.

Key Responsibilities:
· Coach, support, develop and drive a team of Area Swim Managers to ensure their business areas reach their full potential.
· Lead a small team of sales consultants to proactively generate new leads for the business.
· Support with budgeting and forecasting for each venue.
· Take responsibility for learning and development for the operational teams from onboarding to product training to developing advancement pathways.
· Manage and monitor the customer experience and service levels, developing interventions to raise standards.
· Oversee operational compliance for the sites.
· Identify and lead on business development opportunities including franchising, developing new initiatives to building new partnerships.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners and suppliers.
The Person
· Ambitious, hands-on leader who thrives working in an entrepreneurial commercial environment.
· Commercial and operational multi-site management experience within the leisure/health and fitness industry such as Contract Manager, Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Head of Operations, Regional Business Manager or possibly a high performing Senior General Manager.
· Evidence of achieving business growth in previous health and fitness/leisure senior roles.
· Experience in providing learning and development pathways for team members.
· Preferably a working knowledge of growing successful swimming lesson/aquatics programmes (but not essential).
· Able to commute to the Northwest London Head office twice per week.
· Flexible to travel around the venues in Greater London.
