Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced Manager that can run a team of 8 to 12 people
Sales team selling to clients over the Telephone need to be managed to make calls and appointments and do the job that they are paid for
The agents can be lethargic and sometimes do not call people on time even after appointments are made for them creating lost potential that needs to be plugged - however they are excellent with their sales ability and so this needs an effective efficient creative strong individual with leadership and interpersonal skills that get this job done
The candidate must also be able to recruit and develop the team with the Sales Directors guidance and assistance but take full responsibility for the activity of the team that needs good organisational competence
Working with the appointment making team manager we do not need a Tiger or a Pussycat but we do need a strong affable directional individual that can see a job through
Working Full time preferably however Part time may be considered if the person has the right interpersonal skills

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
