Job description
Jardox are currently recruiting a Sales Administrator to join our Customer Services Team in our offices above our food manufacturing facility in Sevenoaks.
At Jardox, we are the "Taste Behind the Brands." Based in Sevenoaks and Wincanton, we are a ‘one stop shop’ for all savoury ingredients. We specialise in stocks, gravies, curry pastes, marinades, glazes, sausage & burger seasonings and herb & spice based products.
We have a great reputation for customer service and key to this is our customer service team that work brilliantly together and really care about our customers.
Your day will mainly involve managing our sales inbox effectively and processing and checking customer orders accurately. Much of your time will be spent on email and using our systems, but we are also looking for a great quality telephone manner.

The ideal candidate will:
· have a “can-do” attitude, with a logical mind. Someone who happily troubleshoots is exactly what we are looking for!
· be highly professional and an effective communicator via email and phone
· be a great team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
· thrive in a busy department and be able to prioritise effectively
· be well organised, self-motivated and able to work independently
· have good attention to detail and be process driven
· have good Word and Excel skills.
This role is full time, 8am - 5pm and is exclusively office based.
We close between Christmas and New Year and contribute to your pension at a rate of 5.5%. Holiday allowance is 33 days (bank holidays included).
