Sales Manager- Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and carry out a strategic sales approach to expand customer base and global reach
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Track, assess, and share significant quantitative metrics and business trends with partners and customers
- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance to ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fill them
- Holding check-ins with the sales staff to set daily goals and track success to help ensure that corporate quotas and standards are met
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Attend educational programs, read trade periodicals, build personal networks, and engage in professional organizations to keep up professional and technical knowledge.
Role Requirements:
- 3-5 more years of managing sales within a corporate setting
- Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
- MBA preferred
- Demonstrates aptitude in leading and guiding others effectively.
- Proven track record of positive sales performance

- A strong presence and ability to manage client interactions, requirement gathering discussions, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction providing technical and non-technical support to clients
- Proficient in technology consulting, training and development

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £40,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
