Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and carry out a strategic sales approach to expand customer base and global reach
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
  • Track, assess, and share significant quantitative metrics and business trends with partners and customers
  • Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance to ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fill them
  • Holding check-ins with the sales staff to set daily goals and track success to help ensure that corporate quotas and standards are met
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes
  • Attend educational programs, read trade periodicals, build personal networks, and engage in professional organizations to keep up professional and technical knowledge.

Role Requirements:

  • 3-5 more years of managing sales within a corporate setting
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • MBA preferred
  • Demonstrates aptitude in leading and guiding others effectively.
  • Proven track record of positive sales performance

  • A strong presence and ability to manage client interactions, requirement gathering discussions, etc.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction providing technical and non-technical support to clients
  • Proficient in technology consulting, training and development
  • A strong people motivator with prominent levels of energy
  • Proactiveness - Be proactive in understanding the needs of our customers/clients
  • Relentless learner and the passion to pick up recent technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work both on your own and as a member of a collaborative team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
