This role will be supporting the day to day running of our Yorkshire territory. Full training will be provided.
(The position can suit school hours)
Roles required are:
- Administering sales
- Helping customers with servicing offerings for their equipment
- Answering inbound emails
- Customer care to existing clients
- Processing warranties
- Processing Returns
- Creating quotes on CRM
- Regularly update the CRM with relevant information.
- Handling customer complaints and finding a resolution quickly
- Handle any customer enquiries relating to products and catering for any after sale questions.
- Completing a warranty and returns tracker daily
