Route Sales Manager (RSM)
Reporting to Service Centre Manager
40 hours per week
We are currently looking to recruit for a Route Sales Manager Van Based (RSM) – Blantyre
Key Objectives:
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
- Upsell Eden products as required
- Achieve monthly cup and small pack distribution goals
- Organise the delivery notes into the most cost effective / time saving route.
- Load vehicle on a daily basis with the correct amount of product.
- Complete all deliveries as instructed on the delivery note.
- Collect all empty containers at customer sites.
- Make sure the delivery note is signed, dated and empties recorded, returning this back to the Route Operations Manager on a daily basis.
- Complete any Sanitisations as instructed on the Sanitisation note adhering to WHA guidelines.
- Collect on demand, water cooler units from prospective customer sites.
- Behave, at all times, in a responsible, polite and professional manner, acting as an ambassador for the company
- Secure and maintain client loyalty through building good customer relations
- Anticipate customer needs and respond promptly to any special service requests
- Arrive at work wearing the correct uniform, as provided by the Company, making sure it is clean and tidy.
- Read, understand and adhere to all information provided to you.
- Drive in a considerate manner, keeping vehicle to company standard ready for weekly vehicle inspection.
- Alter route, when necessary, to accommodate urgent deliveries.
- Report back to the office any customer address changes and any misuse of water cooler equipment.

In addition to these functions, you may be required to carry out other duties as may be reasonably required.
