ECO ENERGY are one of the largest pv solar installer in scotland. With energy bills continously increasing this has created an extreme demand for pv solar. We are currently going through a massive expantion and are looking for experienced sales managers in Glasgow
Job Role:
- Recruiting direct sales representitives
- Train, coach and develop sales representitives
- Achieve operational goals
- Customer care handeling
- Ensuring all KPI’s are achieved
Experience in a similar sale role is necessary, as we are looking for someone to hit the ground running.
Experience:
- 3 years experience in similar role is essential
- 5 years minimum Direct Sales Background
- Proven track record of target delivery
- Experience in recruiting
- Ability to train new sales representatives
