Summary
The Sales Manager’s primary responsibility is execution of business strategies and objectives.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan in line to achieve sales goals
- Build relationships and work closely with customers to grow business and future opportunities.
- Working with merchant team and production team about product assortment and pricing to execute customized program
- Manage product assortment, ordering, shipping and all operation related to assigned customers
- Work directly with management team to act as the key contact to ensure customer’s/partner’s satisfaction is fulfilled.
Job Experience/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Merchandising or marketing
- 5-8 years of retail, wholesale or ecommerce experience in HOME industry is required
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong project and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize individual tasks and work flow in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills that include a positive attitude, exceptional responsiveness and a customer focused approach
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skill
- Strong work ethic and ability to act with purpose and urgency

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fremont, CA 94538: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- E-commerce: 5 years (Preferred)
- Retail sales: 5 years (Preferred)
- Merchandising: 5 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
