Sales Administrator
We are working with a world leading manufacturer of underwater technology used for tracking,
I am looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Admin to help administer across the business with specific focus on the sales receipt, sales invoicing and procurement processes.
The role will report to the Head of Operations and will work across the team to ensure sales orders are processed and executed to the best capability
The role is hybrid however a willingness and ability to work from the Yateley Office at least 2 days per week is essential. The role will work closely with their primary manufacturing partner. The ability to create strong collaborative relationships will be key
The role will be central to the Operations team and will be singularly responsible for the execution of Sales Admin processes.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Creation and improvement of Sales administration processes
- Execution of Sales Acknowledgement process
- Material procurement
- Stock administration
- Manufacturing order creation
- Sales Invoicing
- Export Control
- Import and IPR processes
- Internal expense processing
The right candidate will have experience in a similar role and will have demonstrable capability in some of the areas of responsibility above. Training and on the job development will be a crucial part of the role and the right candidate must be willing to learn and develop.

- Demonstrable skills in several of the responsibility areas list above
- Ability to learn and develop as required through self-driven curiosity, formal training and on the job development Improvement Mindset. Capable of developing and improving their current processes
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
The following desirable skills would be advantageous:
- Knowledge of MRP systems. Specifically MRPEasy or Syspro
- Export licence processes
- Shipping processes.
