We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team. We are looking for someone who is driven, organized, and results-oriented with a passion for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends.
  • Analyse customer feedback and develop plans to address any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Train, coach, and mentor sales team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • B2B sales: 5 years (required)
  • Management: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
