Trading industrial products since 1999, CAC’s parent company founded CAC Naturals in 2015 to build an export business for Canada’s most prestigious health supplement brand, Webber Naturals. As their exclusive distributor and strategic partner in China, we manage sales through a broad array of online and offline channels, including cross-border e-commerce platforms, direct sales, and a growing network of “experiential stores”.
We are looking for an experienced, result driven and customer-oriented Sales Manager who will be in charge for developing and implementing an effective sustainable sales strategy in the Country.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales in the own sales segment and will be a critical member of the local leadership team. We need a leader with strong organizational and analytical skills, curious and with no fear to cross the borders, someone who can innovate and find new business, and with strong strategic competencies.

Job Description:
· Formulate challenging sales indicators and sales plans for CAC's Canadian native Chinese community, and cross-border sales targeting the Chinese market.
· Formulate sales expense plan and control the cost on the premise of achieving the sales target.
· Lead and manage the team, create a positive team culture, implement the sales plan, and ensure the achievement of sales targets and profit targets.
· Manage the current Taobao purchasing agencies in Canada, and actively develop new cross-border platform and channel customers, include TikTok, RED, WeChat seller, wholesales, etc. And organize and negotiate contracts with customers at all levels, establish and maintain CAC’s leading position.
· Operate CAC self-built platforms and stores, including CAC YouXuan, DaiGouYi and Mini Programs in WeChat, as well as online stores relying on large platforms such as TaoFenXiao, Youzan, Amazon, etc., establish CAC’s private domain traffic, and develop CAC's D2C channels.
· Manage sales forecast and dynamic inventory, ensure product entry as planned, and ensure the company's cash flow.
· Provide and analyze sales data, give suggestions according to the reports for the CEO's decision-making.
· Manage sales team, sales operations team, establish team and individual KPIs, evaluate employees’ performance, and improve employees’ working skills.
· Work closely with marketing, finance, supply chain, and human resources departments to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
· Observe and research the market information, monitor market products and price changes, provide market information to the CEO. At the same time, manage and coordinate market prices, and provide suggestions for CAC's new product development.
Required qualifications:
- 5 years working experience in channel marketing (online and offline) sales experience. Familiar with purchasing agencies or individuals in Canada.
- Familiar with cross-border between China and Canada.
- Having work experience in China, having resources of e-commerce and KA clients will be preferred.
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to complete the work independently.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility.
- Working experience in nutrition industry or having experience in purchasing agencies is preferred.
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in nutrition related, marketing or business is preferred;

Salary: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
