Set in a 65-acre woodland estate in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, the hotel is located close to Aviemore and is a perfect holiday destination all year round. Transportation is provided between the Hotel and Aviemore Train Station for shifts (Subject to position). The Coylumbridge Hotel boasts 292 bedrooms and offers guests the dining selection of an A La Carte Restaurant, a Bistro, and an American Diner. The Coylumbridge Hotel is also a popular choice for Conference, Events & Weddings. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full-Time Sales Manager onto the team. As Sales Manager, you will be required to: Showcase a clear understanding of the hotels business strategies. Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales. Represent Hotel in various events and exhibitions. Conduct sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to the hotel by clients. Provide quick and timely responses to enquiries and develop professional long-term business relationships. Support the hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. The successful candidate will have 5 years previous experience within a Sales Manager role ideally in a multi facetted business. You will need to be flexible, have a hands-on approach, have fantastic inter-personal skills, be an excellent team player and have the ability to meet targets.
