About Aaro Capital
Aaro Capital is a Cryptoasset and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) investment boutique which was established in 2018. The Aaro DLT Multifund - which aims to be the first institutional quality fund of funds in this space - was launched in May 2020 and further products are coming to the market. Our approach is to inform professional investors on how best to access the exciting and rapidly evolving Cryptoasset and DLT growth story. We are working closely with established investment industry partners, as well as DLT specialists and economic professors from top UK universities. Our experienced team combines thorough economic and empirical analysis with established investment industry practices, to identify best-in-class active managers who prioritise effective downside risk protection.
Role
Objective:
Focus on sourcing and developing investment leads into sales for Aaro Capital Funds and building up a distribution network and brand recognition. This would involve working across HWNI, intermediaries, Family Offices, and Institutional investor types.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating investor leads in the UK and Europe.
- Developing existing investor leads and maintain relationship with current investors.
- Help maintain internal investor relations databases and systems.
- Follow investor relations processes and help improve them where possible.
- Prepare for, attend and contribute to sales and marketing meetings.
- Attend relevant events and conferences to source investor leads, including industry events.
- Assist with the promotion of the firm’s brand name externally.
- Support marketing, public relations and brand building work where required.

Key Skills and Competency Requirements:
Technical Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelors or Master's degree.
- 3+ year experience selling alternative investment products, preferably for Hedge Funds or Fund of Hedge Funds
- A proven ability to make sales
- Strong knowledge and ideally experience of selling both to single and multifamily offices and the institutional segment

Remuneration: Salaried, Sales Commission and Discretionary Bonus
Core Office Hours: 9.30 a.m. - 6.30 p.m. Monday to Friday (flexibility may be required)

Salary: £70,000.00 per year
