Peterborough
Full Time, Permanent
£35,000 - £45,000 P.A Plus Bonus

Due to growth and expansion, they are now looking for a sales guru that will help them take their business to new levels. You will be working with new and existing businesses whilst devising a new sales strategy that will increase ROI.

What’s involved for the National Sales Manager …
- Build new client relationships whilst maintaining and developing existing business
- Create new business pipelines and devise a new sales strategy
- Develop a sound in depth knowledge of creative services
- Maintain a good understanding of market competitors
- Prospect, qualify and convert incoming leads and enquiries
- Deliver high levels of customer engagement
- Be responsible for your regional sales target
- Ensure that a high level of service is delivered
- Built partnerships with creative agencies
What you’ll need…
- Strong B2B sales experience
- Experience of winning new business
- Experience of managing and developing existing customers
- Consultative selling techniques with the ability to match the clients needs and sell the benefits
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Creative design, advertising or marketing agency experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Problem solver
- Full UK driving licence
