Vehicle Sales Administrator (Business to Business)

Our client, a reputable dealership group is recruiting for an Administrator to join their Sales Admin department, ideally you will have worked in a Car Dealership and used Kerridge or Pinnacle

This company are looking for a positive and process-driven sales administrator to enhance its already strong and stable sales admin team.

The successful candidate will have some experience in administration within the Motortrade.

The accounts and admin department is exciting and vibrant and stands out from most, offering an excellent working environment for the successful candidate. The company would like to train you in basic Accounts too, i.e purchase ledger, matching batching and coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all Finance documentation is reviewed and processed in an effective manner in line with company guidelines.
• Deal with day to day problems arising from payouts and liaise with internal departments and account managers to resolve issues.
• Liaise directly with Finance companies and meet individual company payout targets.
• Responsible for ensuring all vehicles have a V5 and chasing up those that are missing
• Responsible for ensuring that all vehicles come into stock with the correct number of keys and chasing up those keys that are missing
• New Vehicle Sales Admin & Used Vehicle Sales Admin
• Dealing with Funder Issues & Warranties/ GAP
