We are a technical lighting company that has been established for 15 years. Working with architects, interior designers, contractors and building service engineers, we provide high-quality lighting solutions for commercial projects. We are looking for an inside sales person to join our team and help us grow our business.
As an inside sales person, you will be a bridge between the marketing and technical team. You will be responsible for:
- Generating leads and prospects using modern methods of communication such as email, social media, webinars, etc. as well as the good old telephone.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and offering them the best solutions.
- Preparing and sending quotations, proposals and presentations, following up and closing sales.
- Working closely with the technical and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Keeping track of sales activities and performance using CRM software.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the lighting industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with business development and account management strategies.
- Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
- Tech savvy, able to use various tools and platforms to communicate and sell effectively.
- A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude.

Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
