Looking to kickstart your career in sales? Look no further than our Sales Development Program. Our program offers an exciting 12-month training scheme that will transform you from a new graduate to a successful Sales Manager, working with some of the biggest Fortune 100 & 500 clients in the UK. You will work alongside ambitious young professionals in a dynamic and innovative work environment.

The Sales Development Program is designed to accelerate your career growth, and consists of three intensive phases.

In Phase 1, you'll learn about our marketing model and systems, and will be assigned the client you will initially be working with.

In Phase 2, you will receive core sales training and develop your skills through a mix of office-based training clinics and field-based work. You will have the opportunity to learn from and work alongside some of the most skilled sales executives.

Finally, in Phase 3, you will become an Associate Account Executive and apply your expertise in product, industry, consultation, and sales to drive sales and promote revenue and market share for your assigned client.

The ideal candidate

To qualify for our Sales Management Trainee program, you must possess a strong desire for extensive learning opportunities and have 0-2 years of professional experience. If you lack a university degree, equivalent skills acquired through work experience or disciplined self-study are acceptable.

You should also demonstrate the ability to transform technical requirements into business solutions and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, you must be self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in an intense, fast-paced environment. Initiative, ambition, and the ability to manage time and prioritise deadlines are also key skills we look for.
