We are a new estate agency with a ground-breaking new model. We are looking to hire an exceptional individual who has an excellent track record in the profession. The ideal candidate will be someone with a broad range of skills spanning both sales and lettings, and the ability to take the lead in all aspects of the business in the run-up to our formal launch in the next few months.
Our pioneering new model in the residential lettings sector is tried and tested; and we have a compelling selling model (for property vendors) that is guaranteed to attract business from prospective sellers.

We have formulated packages for sellers and for landlords that give them ultimate peace of mind, but at an incredibly attractive rate that fairly reflects the work we estate agents will do for them. Responsibilities
Before Launch
- Assist in finalising the company’s processes before launch day
- Help monitor and evaluate our selling rates' efficacy and pricing model.
- Help produce and adapt marketing campaigns for various target audiences
- Devise new and innovative ways to win new instructions
Day-to-day Operations
- Oversee and participate in the following:
- Be proactive in prospecting for sellers, buyers and landlords, with the intention of putting together deals and generating income
- Generate and book valuations
- Conduct viewings, assessments and valuations
- Manage sales progression.
- Manage lettings progression
- Build and maintain long term relationships with landlords
- Manage day-to-day operations and lead a team of property professionals
Planning for Consolidation and Growth
- Identifying viable business opportunities and networking to increase brand exposure.
- Help train new staff on various aspects of lettings and sales
- Help create marketing campaigns for specific properties and for the company in general
Requirements
- At least 5 years estate agency experience, and some management experience
- Experienced and effective in managing a team
- Well organised and highly versatile
- High standards of service and presentation
- Excellent communication skills, and outstanding customer care
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing a high volume of deals
- Extensive knowledge of the sales process
- Extensive knowledge of the lettings process
- Demonstrable knowledge and competence in planning for market growth
- IT literate
- Qualifications and accreditations are preferable
- Knowledge of central London is advantageous
Benefits
Basic salary: £60,000 per year
Plus uncapped bonus
Our company is presenting irresistible business offers to sellers and to landlords, so once a lead is generated, a skilled estate agent will be able to progress deals with more ease than is usual for the industry. We therefore would expect a good manager to achieve a significant monthly bonus.
